unlock if a combination of processes is running

While it is possible to grant access to locked files for certain processes and it is possible to unlock with a certain keystroke. I would like the possibility to unlock the locked files/directories when one or more specific processes are running.
So, for instance, running Word and Excel at the same time unlocks my files. The files are not only visible for Word and Excel (this is already possible), but also for any other program, as long as Word and Excel are running.
