Insert an option for a password backup folder

This is a VITAL addition that seriously needs to be added! In case of a serious crash that results in a reinstall of the OS, this file is a serious necessity, and it should be done locally for backup, and NOT in a cloud, where you can lose that data due to inaccessability!
